The three-movie series will take you on a journey of discovery of Ukrainian spirit, bravery, generational struggle for freedom, rich and vast cultural diversity!

Funds raised at these screenings will be used to purchase supplies needed to outfit/fill 100 Individual tactical First Aid Kits (IFAKs) for Ukraine. Film: A well-known chef sets out on a journey across Ukraine to uncover the most fascinating borsch recipes and to find the secret ingredients which make this dish so unique. During this trip, the chef reaches a conclusion that it is the people from different regions of Ukraine who cook borscht, their shared values and diverse traditions are the true secret ingredients. On July 7, 2022 the Culture of Ukrainian borscht cooking was inscribed on UNESCO’s List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding by the Intergovernmental Committee for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, composed of representatives of the States Parties to the UNESCO Convention. So what better way to celebrate!
