The script readers are Madeline Firmin, Lizbeth Santana, Jaire Ayala, Ashley Gipson, Ryan Gurley and Abraham Ayala 

ABOUT THE SCRIPT: The Baltimore School of Charm is about a woman on the run for the murder of her abusive husband hides out in a small town in West Texas circa 1950 by posing as an East Coast debutante. Based on a true story. 

ABOUT THE WRITER: Kelli McNeil is an award-winning writer, actor and producer.  A graduate of the University of Southern California’s School of Drama, McNeil has performed in multiple film, TV and stage productions including Gus Van Sant’s upcoming feature, Don’t Worry He Won’t get Far on Foot

Her original two-act play about Mexican-American immigrants (Borderline) was a finalist at Austin Film Festival’s inaugural playwriting competition in 2017.  She is a published children’s book author: her first book Sleepy Toes was released in the spring of 2017 with Scholastic. The Baltimore School of Charm won 1st place at UCLA Extension’s screenwriting competition in 2017. A native of Texas, McNeil has called Los Angeles home for the past 18 years.
