Cressandra Thibodeaux lives and creates her art in Houston, Texas and has been an artist for more than 20 years.  She has an MFA from Columbia University's Film Program and has shot several documentaries and was a photojournalist for over 10 years.  When she moved back to Houston in 2010, she learned of Buffalo Bayou Partnership and was impressed by the many improvements they were doing to the bayou.  Since then, Ms Thibodeaux has enjoyed discovering Buffalo  Bayou and all of its diversity.

In February 2013, Cressandra Thibodeaux was highlighted in Arts + Culture Magazine Houston pertaining to her working and living at 14 Pews.  She is currently the Executive Director of 14 Pews, which is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the diverse cultural needs of our community by providing a forum to experience, discuss and celebrate film, art & music, and to strengthen our community through education and fostering cross-cultural experiences.  We hope to see you at the opening!
