MESSAGE FROM RICHARD J. DOBSON:
I am delighted to announce my new book, Pleasures of the High Rhine, a Texas Singer in Exile is finally out and available through My Texas Music … A travel-music-fishing memoir, it tells a story of inter-cultural love, adventures on the road, and making a new life by a storied river in old Europe; set against the backdrop of the coming of the millennium, 9/11, and its aftermath.
These are signed copies from a limited edition first pressing.
I look forward to a return to Tennessee and Texas in April for a series of concerts and book signings. The dates are posted below. I am thankful and pleased with initial response to Pleasures of the High Rhine. Special thanks to noted music journalist and biographer, Joe Nick Patoski for the blog review, also posted below.
Thanks,
Richard J. Dobson
